Flooring & General Questions

Do I need underlay?

The honest answer is YES, underlay makes a huge difference to the longevity of your carpet. Much as though it goes against the grain sometimes a cheaper carpet with a deeper more expensive underlay is better if you are on a budget, if not we would always recommend going to the most expensive underlay you can afford.

Can you put vinyl in a lounge?

Vinyl is being used in so many different ways now. It's no longer exclusively for bathrooms or kitchens. There are so many different ranges, colour choices and even extra cushioned so it's softer underfoot! It is a very versatile product and can be fitted almost anywhere!

Do you offer finance?

Yes we do. We offer a finance service through Pay It Monthly. We still take our normal deposit to secure your goods and fitting date, but the rest of your bill can be financed. Pay It Monthly offer payment terms of between 2 and 12 months, with a maximum credit amount of £3000. For more information you can pop into our showroom and one of our team can take you through the process (it's very simple, with a quick answer) or visit www.payitmonthly.uk

How do you work?

So you can pop into our showroom to look at our ranges, enjoy a coffee or cold drink and chat with our wonderful team. They are there to advise you in any way they can. They would then book a totally no obligation Free quote for you. One of our team would come out and measure up for you, then normally  the following day you would receive your quote. If you are happy with your quote we take a 50% deposit (this secures your goods and fitting date) The balance would then be payable on completion of the job

Can't get to the showroom? No problem we can bring the samples to you! We just need an idea of the flooring type and colour you wanted.
